If you wish to upgrade a ticket, for example from a child to an adult, this can be done.

Tickets are unable to be downgraded, for example from an adult to a child. A child, however, may still use an adult ticket without issue.

We are also able to upgrade your ticket/s to a higher-priced ticket depending on the availability.

 

At the moment, upgrades are done through a refund and re-purchase process. Please email support@flicket.co.nz and we can sort this out for you.
